What are the Festival Hours?

The different sections of the festival will be open at the following times:
EXPO SHOW:

Expo Floor is open from 12PM - 11PM

Creator Stage will be open from 12:30PM - 6PM

MUSIC NIGHT:

OPM & KPOP Stages will be open from 6PM-4AM

Plume Stage will be open from 12PM - 4AM

Cove Stage will be open from 4PM - 4AM

Is there an age restriction?

EXPO: Children under the age of 13 must be strictly accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian and should have their own tickets.

MUSIC NIGHT: Minors (below 18) are strictly not allowed.

Can we bring pets to &FRIENDS?

Pets are not allowed at &FRIENDS.

If you have a service dog, you must present necessary documents and your PWD card A WEEK BEFORE THE EVENT to be able to bring them inside the venue.

Will there be a priority lane for PWDs and Senior Citizens?

Yes, PWDs and Senior Citizens will be able to use the priority line. They must present their PWD/Senior card upon entry. Companions will be asked to go to their respective lines, but event staff can assist the PWD/Senior.

Can I bring food to the Convention venue?

Outside food and drink will not be allowed at the venue to help expedite the check-in and security process.

Can I buy food inside the Convention?

There will be food and drink options at the venue.

Are tickets refundable?

Refunds will only be provided in the case of an event or talent cancellation; no refunds will be issued for any other cases. If the event is moved, ticketholders will be given the option for a refund. Any tickets not refunded shall serve as event ticket credits for the new dates for the event.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available at: www.andfriends.live

Tickets will be limited to ensure a smooth experience for all festivalgoers, and there will be no on-site ticket selling. E-wallets and card payments are available.Our website is the only authorized seller of &FRIENDS tickets. Please do not trust and use any third party sites, as they will not be honored in our system.

What does each ticket include?

Expo Passes will allow access to our Expo floor and Creator Stage

Music Night Passes for both Day 1 & 2 are sold separately BUT each include an Expo Pass for that day upon purchase.

Are tickets transferable?

All tickets except M&G Passes are transferrable. Please be aware that we will only honor the first person to claim the same.

Please be careful when buying from third party vendors. Our website is the only approved source of primary sales. Never share your ticket information with anyone.

I bought an &FRIENDS ticket from someone else. How can I be sure this is legit?

We HIGHLY DISCOURAGE buying tickets from third parties, as QR codes will only be honored on the first scan. After the ticket has been activated, any other attempts to use the ticket will not be allowed.

What is the “Expo”?

The Expo is the heart of &Friends Festival’s daytime experience, where pop culture, creativity, and community come together. Explore interactive panels, meet your favorite creators, shop around in merchant booths, and immerse yourself in exciting activities. From gaming and lifestyle to music and fandom, the Expo is where you can connect, create, and celebrate with &Friends!

The Creator Stage will also be at the Expo floor — this will be where attendees can enjoy a variety of shows with your favorite talents. Please see our "Guest Lineup" Page to see which day each guest will be appearing in.

The Music Night is &Friends Festival’s ultimate concert experience, featuring world-class artists live in Cove Manila & Crystal Pavilion

Enjoy electrifying performances, and high-energy sets in this multi-stage festival. Each night showcases top international and local talent across different genres, bringing festival-goers an unforgettable live music experience. Whether you're here for EDM, hip-hop, or pop, Music Night is where the party truly comes alive

Doors to The Cove opens at 4PM and will have artists playing all the way until 4AM.
